Shipping policy

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

We primarily use Australia Post E-Parcel for shipping.
All deliveries require a signature unless you request otherwise during checkout (note: we cannot be held responsible for parcels left unattended).
Most online orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Australia Post delivery times vary based on your location. You can check estimated delivery times here.
Online orders are dispatched from our store at 621 North East Road, Gilles Plains SA 5086.

Australian shipping rates

Free standard shipping is available on eligible Australian orders with A$100 or more in qualifying merchandise. Standard shipping below this threshold is A$15 per order. Express shipping remains A$20 per order and is not included in the free shipping offer. All amounts are in Australian dollars.

Qualifying merchandise spend is calculated at current selling prices before the cart reward, excluding shipping, gift cards and services. Free standard shipping excludes bowling machines, wheeled bags, junior and senior cricket kits, The V nets, products marked as excluded, and orders weighing 10 kg or more. Delivery options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Cart rewards

Spend A$250 or more on eligible merchandise to receive 2.5% off, A$750 or more for 5% off, or A$1,000 or more for 10% off. Only the highest eligible cart reward applies, automatically. These rewards use qualifying merchandise spend before the cart reward and exclude shipping, gift cards and services. Other promotional discounts do not stack; checkout applies the best eligible offer. Free standard shipping can apply alongside a cart reward when the order meets the shipping eligibility requirements above.

International delivery

International delivery is not currently available through our online checkout. Please contact us if you have an international shipping enquiry.

Courier Deliveries:

For bulky items, we may use courier services.
Business addresses are preferred for courier deliveries as they typically occur between 9 am and 5 pm.
We cannot cover re-delivery costs for unattended addresses.
You can request the courier to leave the parcel in a safe location, but we cannot be held responsible for it once left unattended.
