 Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

  • We primarily use Australia Post E-Parcel for shipping.

  • All deliveries require a signature unless you request otherwise during checkout (note: we cannot be held responsible for parcels left unattended).

  • Most online orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

  • Australia Post delivery times vary based on your location. You can check estimated delivery times here.

  • Orders are dispatched from either our Adelaide (Postcode 5000) or Melbourne (Postcode 3065) shop.

  • Some bulky items may incur additional freight charges. We'll contact you to discuss this before processing your order.

Free Shipping:

  • We offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $500 that weigh less than 10kg (cubic weight applies).

  • Exclusions: Bowling machines, Junior & Senior Kits (Package Deals), The V training nets, and Wheel Bags.

Express Post:

  • We also offer Australia Post E-Parcel Express Post. For details, see here.

Cubic Weight Calculation:

Some items may be charged based on cubic weight rather than actual weight. To calculate cubic weight:

  1. Measure the length, width, and height of the parcel in meters.

  2. Multiply these three dimensions together.

  3. Multiply the result by 250 (Australia Post's cubic conversion factor).

Example: A parcel measuring 50cm x 30cm x 40cm has a cubic weight of 15kg.

Courier Deliveries:

  • For bulky items, we may use courier services.

  • Business addresses are preferred for courier deliveries as they typically occur between 9 am and 5 pm.

  • We cannot cover re-delivery costs for unattended addresses.

  • You can request the courier to leave the parcel in a safe location, but we cannot be held responsible for it once left unattended.
