If you've ordered the wrong size or are simply not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a replacement or refund.

The item must be unused and returned with a copy of the original receipt.

Please note: Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Warranty Claims:

If you believe your product has a warranty issue, return it to us with a copy of the receipt.

We'll forward it to the manufacturer for assessment.

The manufacturer will determine whether to repair or replace the item under warranty.

Orders over $150 within Australia and weighing under 10kg (cubic weight applies) qualify for free shipping.

Exclusions: Bowling Machines, Junior & Senior Kits (Package Deals), The V training nets, and Wheel Bags.

Additional charges may apply for heavy, bulky, or remote area deliveries. We'll contact you if this is the case.
