Refund policy

Change of Mind:

• If you've ordered the wrong size or are simply not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a replacement or refund.

• The item must be unused and returned with a copy of the original receipt.

• Please note: Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

• We do not cover return costs for international orders.

Australian return postage

Return postage within Australia is free. A prepaid return label is included in your parcel. Please use this label when returning an eligible item, or contact us if you need help with your return.

Warranty Claims:

• If you believe your product has a warranty issue, return it to us with a copy of the receipt.

• We'll forward it to the manufacturer for assessment.

• The manufacturer will determine whether to repair or replace the item under warranty.

Delivery Information

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

• We typically ship orders within Australia using Australia Post eParcel.

• You'll receive a shipping notification email with tracking details.

• In some cases, we may use local courier services.

• Delivery times within Australia are usually 3-7 business days.

• Remote areas may experience longer delivery times (up to 10 business days).

• If you haven't received your order within 14 days, please contact us.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping is available on eligible Australian orders of A$100 or more in qualifying merchandise, calculated before the cart reward. Standard shipping below this threshold is A$15 and express shipping is A$20. Freight and product exclusions apply. International Orders:

• We do not cover return costs for international orders.
