Refund policy

Change of Mind:

  • If you've ordered the wrong size or are simply not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a replacement or refund.

  • The item must be unused and returned with a copy of the original receipt.

  • Please note: Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • We do not cover return costs for international orders.

Warranty Claims:

  • If you believe your product has a warranty issue, return it to us with a copy of the receipt.

  • We'll forward it to the manufacturer for assessment.

  • The manufacturer will determine whether to repair or replace the item under warranty.

Delivery Information

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

  • We typically ship orders within Australia using Australia Post eParcel.

  • You'll receive a shipping notification email with tracking details.

  • In some cases, we may use local courier services.

  • Delivery times within Australia are usually 3-7 business days.

  • Remote areas may experience longer delivery times (up to 10 business days).

  • If you haven't received your order within 14 days, please contact us.

Shipping Costs:

  • Orders over $150 within Australia and weighing under 10kg (cubic weight applies) qualify for free shipping.

  • Exclusions: Bowling Machines, Junior & Senior Kits (Package Deals), The V training nets, and Wheel Bags.

  • Additional charges may apply for heavy, bulky, or remote area deliveries. We'll contact you if this is the case.

  • You can view shipping costs for your order during checkout before completing your purchase.

International Orders:

  • We do not cover return costs for international orders.
