Terms and Conditions of Membership
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of facilities and services provided by Cricket For All. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Membership and Booking Restrictions
1.1. Each member has access to unlimited lane hire bookings during ‘off peak’ hours. Bookings made during ‘peak’ hours are restricted to one (1) per day and are subject to availability.
1.2. Lane hire bookings are subject to a maximum duration of one (1) hour per day.
1.3. The use of the bowling machine is limited to one (1) booking per day, with a maximum duration of one (1) hour.
2. Joining Fee
2.1. A non-refundable joining fee of $49 is applicable for each new member upon initial registration and any re-registration thereafter. On occasions, this fee may be waived or offset by promotional offers, including complimentary equipment or services.
3. Facility Access and Usage
3.1. Free lane hire is available during off-peak hours (before 5:00 PM April 1 - October 31) (before 7:00PM November 1 - March 31).
3.2. Discounted rates apply for peak-hour lane hire (after 5:00 PM April 1 - October 31) (after 7:00PM November 1 - March 31).
3.3. Members must display confirmation booking ticket to a staff member on duty upon arrival before using the facilities.
3.4. Facility usage is strictly limited to active members. Non-members are not permitted to use the facilities under membership bookings.
4. Equipment
4.1. Members are entitled to free use of the bowling machine during off-peak hours, limited to one (1) hour per day.
4.2. 'Peak-hour' access to the bowling machines is available at a discounted rate. This rate is to be determined by management and is subject to change at any time.
5. Exclusive Member Benefits
5.1. Members may enjoy exclusive discounts on selected Cricket For All events including tours, academy sessions, and tournaments.
5.2. Special promotions may be offered periodically to those signed up to a membership.
5.3. Members may be eligible for discounted coaching services.
6. Guest Policy
6.1. Members are entitled to bring one (1) guest per booking to: spectate or assist with bowling machine use only.
6.2. Guests are strictly prohibited from using any facilities (i.e. throwing balls, coaching etc.) Breach of this policy will result in instant loss of membership.
6.3 All persons who use the facilities under a membership booking are required to hold a current and valid membership.
7. Weekend Access
7.1. Access to the facilities granted by the membership is available on weekends and will grant the same access as ‘Off-peak’ times. This allows members to book free lane and bowling machine hire for up to a duration of one (1) hour per day.
8. Bulk Bookings
8.1. Members are not permitted to book lanes any further than one (1) month in advance.
9. Membership Terms
9.1. The membership is offered on a flexible, no lock-in contract basis.
9.2. Continued access to benefits and facilities requires an active and valid membership at all times.
9.3. After the initial purchase of the membership, funds will be debited recurrently on the same day each month thereafter for continued renewal.
9.4. Memberships are strictly not transferable. Bookings must not be made under a members account for the use of others.
9.5. If a member chooses to cancel their membership, they will not be reimbursed for the most recent month’s renewal payment.
9.6. Management reserves the right to terminate membership at any time at their discretion.
9.7. All bookings are subject to availability.
9.8. All member bookings must be completed online through the CFA website.
If the above terms and conditions aren’t adhered to, you risk forfeiting the validity of your membership.
