General Membership
What does Cricket for All membership include?
Membership provides unlimited off-peak lane hire, discounted peak-hour access, one-hour daily use of the bowling machine, exclusive member discounts, and more. Members must present their membership card upon arrival.
Is there a lock-in contract for the membership?
No, memberships are offered on a flexible, no lock-in basis and renew monthly.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
No, memberships are strictly non-transferable and must be registered under the name of the person using the facilities.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel at any time, but please note that the most recent month’s payment is non-refundable.
Fees and Payments
When are membership payments taken?
Payments are debited monthly on the same day as your initial purchase.
Bookings and Access
How do I make a booking?
All bookings must be made online through the Cricket For All website.
How long can I book a lane for?
Members can book a lane for a maximum of 1 hour per day.
Can I book multiple sessions during peak hours?
No, peak-hour bookings are limited to one per day, subject to availability.
How far in advance can I book?
You can book up to one week in advance.
Can I use the facilities on the weekends?
Yes, weekend access is treated the same as off-peak hours, allowing free lane and bowling machine use for up to 1 hour.
Do I need to present anything when I arrive?
Yes, you must present both your booking confirmation and membership card to a staff member before beginning your session.
Guests and Usage Rules
Can I bring a guest?
One Guest is allowed and 2 immediate family members in presence of the member themselves.
Can I book for someone else using my membership?
No. Bookings must only be made for the member and not for others.
Do children need to be supervised?
Yes. All members under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Equipment and Facility Use
Is the bowling machine included in my membership?
Yes, members can use the bowling machine for $10 during off-peak hours, and at a discounted rate during peak hours. Usage is limited to 1 hour per day, regardless of time.

What discounts are available for members?
Members receive discounts on peak-hour bookings, coaching services, events, tours, academy sessions, and other promotions.
