These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Cricket For All in-store, online and through Click & Collect. By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product is faulty, it may be referred to the manufacturer or an authorized service agent for assessment, repair or warranty determination where appropriate. This process does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices and product availability may change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, we reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before completing your order.
3. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, we may:
- provide a full refund;
- offer an alternative product; or
- advise an estimated delivery date.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where a genuine pricing or product description error has occurred.
4. Payment
Payment must be received before goods are dispatched or collected unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout or available in-store.
5. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. Additional freight costs resulting from incorrect information may be payable by the customer.
6. Click & Collect
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
Photo identification may be requested upon collection.
Orders not collected within 30 days may be cancelled after reasonable attempts to contact the customer.
7. Change of Mind Returns
We offer change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided:
- proof of purchase is provided;
- the item is unused and in original condition;
- all original tags and packaging are intact.
The following items cannot be returned for change of mind unless required by law:
- Gift cards
- Clearance items marked as final sale
- Personalised or customised products
- Hygiene products where packaging has been opened
Approved change of mind returns will be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged at our discretion.
8. Faulty Products and Warranty Claims
If you believe a product is faulty, please return it with proof of purchase.
Products may be referred to the manufacturer or an authorized service agent for assessment. Assessment times vary depending on the supplier.
Where a product is found to have a major failure, you are entitled to the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Manufacturer warranties operate in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Special Orders
Special order items may require a deposit.
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative only.
10. Gift Cards
Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only unless otherwise required by law.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
Gift cards should be treated as cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards may not be replaced.
Expiry dates will be shown on the gift card where applicable.
11. Promotions
Promotional offers are available only during the advertised period while stocks last.
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless expressly stated.
12. Product Information
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate.
Colours may vary depending on screen settings.
Minor variations between images and actual products do not constitute a fault.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Privacy
We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Personal information is used only for purposes including processing orders, providing customer service and complying with legal obligations.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
