Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice, but less than 48 hours, are not eligible for a refund but may reschedule their booking at no additional cost.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling and will be considered forfeited.

This policy applies only to lane and bowling machine hire. Management reserves the right to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis. For our coaching cancellation policy please see below.
