Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice, but less than 48 hours, are not eligible for a refund but may reschedule their booking at no additional cost.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling and will be considered forfeited.

This policy applies only to lane and bowling machine hire. Management reserves the right to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis. For our coaching cancellation policy please see below.

Plan your visit or booking

Talk to us about current availability, rates and booking conditions. Our service and tour bookings are separate from merchandise orders; retail free-shipping offers do not apply to services.

If you need to cancel coaching between 24 and 48 hours before your booking, or exactly 24 or 48 hours beforehand, please contact us to confirm the applicable terms. Our lane-hire, coaching and tour cancellation conditions are separate.
