Spikes, rubber, or hybrid

Bowlers, especially fast bowlers, land with forces of several times body weight through the front foot. Fit

Buy cricket shoes with a thumb-width of space at the toe: the foot slides forward under braking and in the delivery stride. Try them on with the socks you play in, late in the day when feet have swollen. Care

Fitting
